Alright, what do you do?
Drawing on my 17 years of working on Fortune 50 and 100 brands at award-winning advertising agencies, I’ve found a way to productize strategic services. Why? Because for too long, strategy has been overly complicated and inaccessible, making it either too expensive or too lengthy of a process for brands that just need focused help.
So what I do is help brands uncover what their business or communications problem is, then I provide tangible strategies to help solve them.
Tell me more about your background so I know you’re legit.
In my most recent agency role, I was the Group Strategy Director for a team of Experience Strategists and Content Creators. Our department was coined the Content & Experience team because we did everything from communications strategies to consumer journey maps, targeting strategy, creative strategy, content creation, to campaign measurement and reporting. My role was essentially a consultant across the agency’s 15+ clients and was brought in to help them solve problems.
Prior to that, I worked at DDB / Tribal / Track Toronto where I led integrated campaigns and later focused on e-CRM, consumer journeys, content strategy, and loyalty programs.

What don’t you do?
Art direction, design, copywriting, production, media buying, coding/development, advanced analytics, SEO, PPC, PR, technical digital strategy, conversion funnel optimizations, etc. But, I have capable partners for all of these things and always look to refer great clients to my network.
What was your craziest job?
Grounds maintenance summer student at a cemetery. I might write a book about it one day.
